Parsley. James claims that I have an obsessive need to add parsley to every dish. I can't help it! I love the color, I love the taste, I love how little sprinkles of it make the dish looked more finished. This is me chopping parsley to go into my Alfredo sauce - WHICH is to die for if I do say so myself. :)
